Returns & cancellations

Langert Netzband gladly accepts returns on all other items within two weeks of order delivery for a full refund or exchange. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.

Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges. If more than 24 hours have passed and you wish to cancel your order please refer to our return policies for returning the merchandise back to us once you receive it. Please note there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on special/custom orders.
