Our custom process offers two distinct approaches: original designs realized from sketch to finish, or adaptations of other designs you may love.

We know that this process may be unfamiliar to many of our customers and are committed to providing the highest levels of service, consideration and care both before and after your special piece is complete. 

Our designs last a lifetime, and it is our hope that the trust we build throughout the process of creation will too.  

Gold Exchange

If you have gold, platinum, silver jewelry or precious gemstones you do not wear anymore, we are happy to assess their worth according to the current market and provide cash for it. 

Things to Note:

• We buy jewelry made of precious gold (10K, 14K, 18K, 22K or 24K gold or European equivalent) or anything made of platinum 900 or 950.

• We only accept used jewelry; not anything new or that appears to be new.

• Watches or timepieces are accepted.

• Don't send investment metals - ingots, coins, bullion or bars.

• We do accept dental gold, scrap gold, gold flakes and gold nuggets.

• Prices for gold and platinum are set daily. We update our prices every day at 10 a.m. ET based on the London Fix - which sets the price based on two daily bidding sessions in London.
